Sales Support SpecialistAs a Sales Support Specialist, you'll partner with clients and our internal team to support corporate accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll manage orders, deliver excellent service, and leverage our Gearcor Marketplace platform for efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport order management and processing by working with customers to ensure prompt product deliveryLearn and understand client operational structure and adapt company platform(s) to meet needsCreatively troubleshoot and resolve issues, building strategy for resolution before problems ariseEstablish and maintain consistent communication methods and cadence with clientsBecome an expert in Gearcor products and their relevance to clientsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create an excellent client experienceProvide honest, consistent, and actionable feedback to Senior Account Manager(s)Other duties as needed to create an exceptional experience for our stakeholdersSkills Knowledge and ExpertiseBroad knowledge and experience with technology and software platformsAbove-average computer skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent phone communicationExcellent organizational skills and capacity to develop strategyExcellent written and oral communication skillsWhy It's Great To Build Your Career With Us!We are a tight-knit group, and we understand the needs of our teammates.
