A valid, Class A CDL is required for consideration for this position.Our Account Managers are responsible for:Leading and developing a team of drivers that support success and growth with our customer baseManaging all equipment assigned to your customer baseCreating long-term, trusting relationships with your customersOverseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, and serving as a first point of contact for them, and for the drivers assigned to themEnsure on-time pickup and delivery performance, hours of service compliance, and cost controlDaily accounting of all assigned tractors and drivers; will ensure our drivers have a good understanding of all details of their assigned customer and company expectations on every load, at point of dispatch.Developing new business from existing customersActively seek new sales opportunitiesMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectationsAssist in driver screening, interviewing, and hiring processesPayroll, billing, and invoicing as requiredPrevious experience supporting agricultural business, particularly live haul operations, is a plusWhat's In It For You?Compensation will be based upon experience, with opportunities for monthly bonusExcellent Insurance (medical, dental, vision and much more!)401(k) plan with a generous company match$20,000 Company paid Life InsuranceFantastic work/life balance and an unbeatable company culturePaid holidaysPaid vacationBi-weekly paychecks with direct deposit
