This role will lead structural analysis, review, planning, estimating support, client communication, mentorship, and project oversight for heavy industrial engineering projects.This individual will play a major role in shaping workflows, improving operational structure, mentoring internal team members, and creating confidence for clients and leadership alike. The role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining high technical standards and strong communication. The position also requires external visibility and relationship-building.
