Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standardsEnsures that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towelsUnderstands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotelMaintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)Ensures that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found proceduresOther duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma/GEDKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to multi-taskAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingTeam playerAbility to exceed expectations of guestsKnowledge of cleanliness standards*The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
