This dedication extends across all levels of our agency, from reception and therapists to case-management and supervisory roles, ensuring representation and inclusivity in every aspect of our services.JOB SUMMARYThe CCS Assistant Director supports the Director in overseeing the (CCS) program, providing clinical leadership and supervisory oversight to ensure compliance, quality service delivery, and effective onboarding and support for staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Leadership and SupervisionServe as Mental Health Professional (MHP) for the CCS program.Conduct assessments and approve services in accordance with CCS and DHS requirements.Attend all recovery team meetings for CCS clients (approximately 100+, twice per year).Review and sign supervisory logs and service documentation as required.Support the CCS Director in coaching, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.Participate in disciplinary or corrective action meetings as needed to ensure compliance and development.Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing program policies and procedures.Staff Development and OnboardingAssist in onboarding and training new Service Facilitators and other CCS staff.Develop and maintain orientation and training materials, including program manuals and checklists.Administrative and Compliance SupportAttend monthly Service Director meetings and Service Facilitator meetings.Monitor compliance with documentation and notes requirements, including timeliness and quality of clinical documentation.Support the Director with coordination and preparation for internal audits, DHS reviews, and quality assurance activities.Participate in monthly CCS leadership and program development meetings.JOB QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, or related field.Current Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.Approved as a CCS Mental Health Professional (MHP) under DHS 36.Minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical supervision or community-based mental health programs.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including BIPOC clients and families.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance meeting agency standards.Successful completion of criminal background and caregiver checks.Preferred:Experience in CCS program operations or DHS 36 documentation and compliance.Experience in staff supervision and training in a behavioral health or human services setting.
