Solar Sales Representative

Solar Sales Representative Solar Solution is the largest Washington D.C.-based residential solar PV developer and installer, and our goal is to have every house turned solar green. So we need your help! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the solar and renewable energy industry and is looking for a career opportunity with growth opportunities. Whenever a new solar panel system is installed, our sales team will also take new orders for home solar analysis from nearby residents. Every day You will be given a tablet with all the units that are now prequalified for solar. Your job will be to visit each of the houses on the list, let them know a solar rep will be doing free solar analysis the following day, leave flyers and ask if they would like a member of the team to swing by and go over pricing and options with them. Pay Starts at $18/hour plus bonuses Duties: Provide friendly customer service. Answer any customer questions about our products or company. Set a convenient time for our solar expert to visit customer and go over basics of solar. Other duties as assigned by manager. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required. Ability to work well with a cell phone or tablet. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. Location and Hours: We are doing installations in most zip codes in the city so commuting its minimal as you may be able to work near your own location. This is a 5 hours/day position. 3pm to 8pm. As many days of the week as you want.
