Outpatient Only Pediatrics Opportunity in Southwestern LA Employed position with a 60-year-old practice100% Outpatient focused position hospitalist/ neonatologists see inpatients4 offices in the area and all have on-site labs run by degreed medical techs for testing. Also have 2 pharmacies and on-site x-rays at 2 locations4-day work week (phone call will be 2-3 weekdays and 1 Saturday of call per month and 1 Sunday every 2 months). There is a nurse triage system in place as well before a physician is contacted.No ramp up period as full practice is available to assume$210,000 guaranteed for 3 yearsAdditional compensation through collections-based bonuses.Partnership track available with 90th% of MGMA income potentialFull comprehensive benefits package including a signing bonus.Sorry this opportunity cannot sponsor any visa candidates at this time.Open to 2025 residency graduates.
