Regina Cleri is seeking compassionate and talented CNA's people to join the team Regina Cleri is a Catholic private senior living home, located in Boston. We offer many options to meet unique needs. Different styles of independent living accommodations Short-term rehabilitation and post-surgical care Long-term skilled nursing Outside agencies services We are home to 66 residents, and also a destination for families, community members, volunteers, and other visitors. 7am-3pm shifts are available for all 7 days of the week. May require work some weekends and holidays. Parking is free! Responsibilities As a Skilled Nursing CNA you will: Assure resident needs are met in a timely manner (i.e., call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.). Document care and service provided in a thorough and timely manner. Ensure safety of residents at all times. Encourage residents to be as independent as able in activities of daily living. Build relationships with the residents in the place they call home. Communicate effectively with coworkers, residents/clients and family members on a daily basis. Promptly inform unit nurse of a change in resident’s condition and/or needs.
