The successful candidate will be involved in all phases of origination and execution, including building and managing client relationships, leading a specific practice area, and overseeing the creation of all transaction materials. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years of software industry-specific experience, a fundamental understanding of the software and services industry and sub-verticals, and a proven track record in M&A advisory.Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in M&A advisory, with at least 10 years dedicated to the software industry. The role demands a candidate with outstanding academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a high level of proficiency in financial analysis and modeling. The ideal candidate will be a team player, a self-starter, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities also include engaging with prospects and intermediaries, developing relationships, and leading all negotiations and strategy development in the sale execution process.
