Job OverviewJoin a leading Managed IT Services firm located in the suburb of Woburn, MA, as a Senior Cloud Technology Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to maintain and support diverse technology environments while ensuring optimal client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and oversee a variety of technology environments.Provide exceptional client management and technical support.Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technology issues.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client experience.Stay informed on the latest advancements in technology and industry best practices.Required SkillsProfound knowledge of operating platforms, connectivity, security, and information management.Extensive familiarity with the complete Microsoft SaaS cloud stack, including Microsoft 365, EMS, and Azure Active Directory.In-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS services, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, backup/site recovery, and security.Knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS platforms, including SQL databases and Elastic pools, Azure App Services, and web application firewalls.Hands-on experience with on-premises technologies like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.Expertise in networking, firewalls, routing, and switching technologies.Experience with virtualization technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.Certifications such as Microsoft expert certification (Cloud technology), CISSP, CCSP, and other related industry certifications are highly preferred.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintaining and supporting various technology environments, with prior consulting experience being highly desirable.A comprehensive understanding of advanced troubleshooting theory and practice.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player mentality.Career Growth OpportunitiesThis position offers significant potential for professional development and advancement, allowing you to gain exposure to various technology environments and work alongside industry experts.
