Our client specializes in external dispatch, investigation, and recovery services, allowing utilities to focus on delivering better products and services to their customers. With decades of experience in broadband, telecommunications, field investigations, dig laws, insurance, and B2B collections, our client is a recognized leader in the Outside Plant Damage (OPD) industry. Their work not only recovers costs but helps reduce future damages through collaboration with state agencies, the 811 community, and contractor education. Primary Functions As a Utility Dispatch Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe response to utility damage incidents. You will:Receive, interpret, prioritize, and respond to routine and emergency dispatch calls with speed and accuracyAssign calls to cable and telecommunications investigators and track case progressMonitor live status displays while managing inbound and outbound callsMaintain accurate call statuses, investigator locations, and dispatch updatesEnter and retrieve data across multiple systems, including computer-aided dispatch platformsProcess new damage reports involving power, gas, and electrical utilities, as well as insurance and citizen inquiriesComplete claim entries using detailed damage and location information from field techniciansCommunicate through phone, email, and SMS, adapting quickly to changing conditionsCoordinate responses to weather events, safety hazards, and territory-specific needsEscalate dispatch issues appropriately to the Field ManagerMeet productivity, quality, and performance expectations as defined by Auxillium and the clientPerform additional related duties as needed to support operational success Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities We are looking for individuals who bring focus, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset.
