Office Assistant
Duties
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Assist with ordering office supplies and keeping inventory stocked
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Support management and staff with administrative tasks and special projects
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoices, receipts, or expense tracking
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Follow company policies and office procedures
Provide general support to help daily operations run smoothly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
