And knowing that we have helped make a difference is incredibly fulfilling and inspiring for all of us.The Facilities and Operations team handles all logistical support from an operational standpoint for global locations including space planning, design and moves, construction, phones, and security to support facilities planning and projects.The Facilities Project Representative will report to the Manager – Facilities & Operations.This is a Full-Time position.What You Will DoAs a Facilities and Operations Division representative, this position will provide oversight and technical leadership from conceptual design through construction on multiple projectsPlan and supervise facility construction teams during minor tenant improvement upgrade projectsProvide facilities project oversight and technical leadership from conceptual design through construction for multiple medium-sized projectsDirect activities of in-house staff and collaborate with design and delivery teams in preparing construction contract documentsProvide technical and administrative direction to ensure project costs remain within budgetPerform mock-up space sizing analysis, coordination, and allocationSupport phone and cellular service-related operations when requiredReview building plans and projects using AutoCAD and other relevant programsAssist with implementing safety protocols, sensitive information protection, and asset protection initiativesCoordinate space management, office move support, and related operational activitiesManage maintenance and leasing of vehicles and specialty items (e.g., dumpsters)Troubleshoot conference equipment and provide support for warehouse operationsCoordinate mail operations, document/material destruction, and donation initiativesRequired Qualifications & Skills3 years or more of relevant experienceValid Florida State Driver’s LicenseProficiency in Microsoft SuiteDemonstrated experience in Project/Construction Management and Change ManagementAbility to think strategically and tactically, with strong problem-solving skillsCapable of handling diverse projects simultaneouslyStrong leadership skills to provide direction and manage relationships in a team environmentAbility to anticipate client and partner needs and adapt to change effectivelyExcellent communication skills in a corporate settingStrong interpersonal skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD.EducationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience requiredAdditional InformationDisney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
