If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working with people, we want to hear from you!DutiesPrepare food items according to established recipes and standardsOperate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POSProvide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needsUpsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase salesHandle cash transactions accurately and efficientlyEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standardsAssist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restroomsSupport team members by bussing tables and assisting with food handling as neededCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of foodSkillsPrevious experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferredStrong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniquesExcellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactionsAbility to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of food safety practices and sanitation guidelinesExperience with retail math concepts is beneficialTeam player with strong communication skillsThis is a later evening shift which will start 6pm-7pm and end 2am-3am.
