We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Salesperson to join our client's sales team in Valencia, PA. This is a direct hire position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a passion for sales, an outgoing personality, and a desire to grow your career, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.· Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.· Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.· Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products services.· Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.· Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to help shape product offerings.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related Field (preferred but not required).· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.· Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.What We Offer:· Competitive base salary plus the opportunity for commission and performance incentives.· Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Apply now if you are interested in this Outside Sales position.Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
