Architectural Manager - Columbus, Ohio - JOB 26-00080Salary Range: $80K - $105K Permanent Position with BenefitsSign-On Bonus: $5,000 and up to $5,000 for Relocation ExpensesColumbus, Ohio area Architectural Firm is looking for an Architectural Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day communication between client and internal staff members to ensure that the needs or concerns of the client are addressed during all phases of the project.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Architecture / Architectural DesignPreferred Candidates would be Registered Architects, however, NO Registration is required for this positionMinimum of (10) years of hands-on commercial construction experienceProficient with AutoCAD and / or Revit drafting and having experience / knowledge of Building CodesPrevious experience with architectural detailing, millwork detailing and construction documentsFoundational knowledge of MEP systems and having the ability to coordinate with Structural and MEP consultantsCapable of proposal preparation and handling negotiationsDirecting Project Managers while maintaining overall project budgets and schedulesCoordinate with the accounting department to complete client billings per the contractConduct physical inspections and oversee quality auditsTrain, mentor and promote the professional development of architects, designers and project managersCandidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
