Apply via Dice today!Job Title: PMO Legal Technology / Legal e Billing ImplementationLocation: New York, NY -HybridMode of Hire: Contract Job Description: Role Overview:We are seeking a PMO with experience in Legal Technology implementations, specifically Legal e Billing / Legal Spend Management platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker) or broader Legal Tech solutions. This role will support the implementation of a Legal Tracker solution to help monitor, manage, and optimize law firm expenses. The PMO will partner closely with Technology, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead PMO activities for the implementation of a Legal e Billing / Legal Tracker platformDevelop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risksCoordinate across Legal, Technology, Finance, and external law firms/vendorsTrack budget, timelines, and implementation progress; report status to stakeholdersDrive governance, change management, and stakeholder communicationSupport testing, cutover, and post go live stabilization activitiesEnsure compliance with legal and financial controls during implementationRequired Experience & Skills:Experience supporting Legal e Billing solutions (e.g., Legal Tracker, SimpleLegal, CounselLink, TyMetrix) OR Legal Technology implementationsStrong PMO / project management background in enterprise technology programsExperience working with Legal, Compliance, and Finance stakeholdersStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage vendors and external partners effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience implementing Legal Tracker specificallyFamiliarity with legal spend management, invoice review, and law firm billing processesExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsPMP or similar project management certificationLocation PreferenceNew York/ NJ based resource strongly preferred for closer collaboration with stakeholdersPSRTEK is a reputed technology recruitment and IT staffing brand with a global footprint and an admired client base.
