Marketing Project Lead

The role of the Marketing Project Lead will help facilitate various marketing and design projects by organizing and driving meetings, project charters, requirements, and deadlines. The person in this role will have strong communication and problems solving skills and will work closely with marketing management and other departments to ensure the projects are a success.Are You Looking to:Coordinate cross functional marketing activities for assigned projects that enable goals and objectives of the departmentOversees the execution of design projects with the marketing team and any other stakeholders.Works closely with the Design Lead to implement the systems created by the design team for broad use by department and/or companyOrganize, coordinate, and help monitor progress of assigned projects to track timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Alerting appropriate manager/stakeholders of any obstacles, potential risks or delaysSchedule and lead project team meetings from initial kickoff meeting to final recap, utilizing JIRA for task managementAre You Ready to:Facilitate continuous process improvement efforts and utilize A Better Bel marketing project charterIdentify and develop process where needed to drive improved project management best practicesEstablish and ensure implementation of asset management and the processes and tools that facilitate the design assetsProvided design support when needed, includ ing but not limited to marketing collateral, infographics, presentations, website graphics, product photography, and trade show booth designWorking with team members to improve the organization/functionality of documents/collateral/design assets including Marketing drives and external team drives. e.g., Marketing HubWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, communications or similar field required, or equivalent work experienceStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneouslyDemonstrates ability to lead and mentor junior associates, fostering a collaborative and creative work environmentDemonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present design concepts and ideas to stakeholdersAttention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesWhat You’ll Get:Base salary range: $62,000 – $85,000.
