Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Bellevue, WA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and manage mental health conditions, providing compassionate and evidence-based psychiatric care to patients. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and offering patient education to support mental health recovery and wellness. Qualifications Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric Care expertiseLicensure as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Mental Health CareExperience in diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of mental health conditionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teamsKnowledge of evidence-based practices and a compassionate approach to patient careMaster’s or Doctorate Degree in Nursing (APRNs preferred)Current and valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse PractitionerExperience with telehealth platforms is a plus
