This pivotal role offers the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients and contribute to the seamless operation of all data systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all projects.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve issues related to client files received daily - like data integrity and accuracyAssist in the mapping of documents and then submission of files to operational units Design, develop, and implement modifications and upgrades to the ETL systemManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and report progress effectivelyCommunicate with clients and the business users for clarifications, issue resolution, and follow-upConfigure new clients within test and live environmentsHandle mapping and validating conversion files for new accountsPerform system changes for existing and new clients using third-party data conversion toolsRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; high school diploma is required2+ years of experience working with programming tools such as C#, Scripting, SQL or Cobol in an ETL / EDI rolePrior EDI experience - using mapping tools to transform files for uploadUnderstanding of database structures and SQL queriesStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work under pressureNice to Have Skills:Familiarity with third-party ETL and EDI softwareExperience with .NET framework and scripting languagesKnowledge of insurance data conversion processesPrior experience managing client onboarding and system setupEmbrace this opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the integrity and efficiency of the data and systems.
