To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for Chief of StaffIn the United States Atlanta | Boston | New YorkWe are seeking a senior, high-impact Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the Co-Managing Partners of the Americas region at Simon-Kucher.This is a highly visible leadership platform role designed to support both regional strategy development and operational execution. The Chief of Staff will help shape, align, and operationalize the Americas strategy in close collaboration with the Co-Managing Partners and central function leaders (Finance, HR, Marketing, Talent, IT, Operations, Legal, etc.).The role is intentionally positioned at the intersection of strategy and execution. Be empowered to do your best work - whether it's from home or in the office.How you will create an impact:Regional Strategy Development & AlignmentPartner with the Co-Managing Partners to refine and evolve the Americas regional strategyTranslate strategic priorities into clear initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomesEnsure alignment between regional objectives and global firm strategyDrive structured annual and quarterly planning processesMaintain visibility into performance metrics and progress against key prioritiesCross-Functional Coordination & Operational ExecutionEnsure that strategy does not remain conceptual but is translated into disciplined, measurable action across the regionAct as the connective tissue across central functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, IT, etc.) to ensure coordinated execution of regional prioritiesAlign functional leaders around shared objectives and timelinesIdentify interdependencies and proactively manage risks or bottlenecksImprove operating cadence, decision clarity, and execution follow-throughSupport implementation of key transformation or growth initiativesLeadership Forum Design & GovernanceServe as both strategic architect and operational orchestrator for the region's leadership cadence.Design and orchestrate regional leadership meetings with clear objectives, decision frameworks, and outputsElevate meeting quality by improving preparation standards and narrative claritySupport governance processes across the North America Regional Leadership teamDrive decision tracking and accountability mechanismsEnsure transparency and consistency in communication across stakeholdersExecutive Leverage & Decision SupportPrepare structured briefs, analyses, and synthesis for key decisionsProvide scenario modeling and trade-off analyses to support prioritizationAnticipate leadership needs and proactively surface risks or opportunitiesSupport communications to senior stakeholders, partners, and global leadershipMaximize the impact and focus of the Co-Managing Partners by reducing reactive demands and increasing strategic bandwidthTalent, Organization & Capability DevelopmentSupport regional succession planning and leadership development discussionsPartner with HR and Talent leadership to align workforce planning with growth prioritiesIdentify capability gaps and recommend targeted interventionsHelp build scalable operating models to support regional expansionAuthority & Operating ModelThe Chief of Staff is empowered to:Shape leadership agendas and operating rhythmsRecommend prioritization, sequencing, and resourcing of initiativesChallenge misaligned or low-value activities and resolve cross-functional conflictsWork directly with senior regional and global stakeholders with high trust and discretionAbout You:Experience10-15+ years of experience years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or equivalent leadership environmentPrior experience as a Chief of Staff, strategy consultant, or operational leader in a high-performance professional services settingDemonstrated success working directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiativesCapabilitiesExceptional structured thinking and synthesisStrong commercial and financial acumenProven ability to translate strategy into operational executionExecutive-level communication and narrative developmentAbility to influence across a matrixed organization without formal authorityStrong prioritization and governance disciplinePersonal AttributesHigh integrity and discretionLow ego, high ownership mindsetComfortable constructively challenging senior leadersEnergized by complexity, scale, and growthResilient and calm under pressureThe pay range for this position is $200,000-$225,000/year. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
