Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Humble, TX, for an Inside Sales Operations / Account Support professional. The role involves supporting account management processes, handling inside sales activities, generating leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining superior customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, assisting with inquiries, processing orders, and effectively communicating with customers to build and sustain positive relationships. Qualifications Experience with Inside Sales and Lead GenerationStrong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service processesExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasksAbility to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsProficiency using CRM software or other sales databasesBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
