Job title- Environmental Health & Safety Specialist IILocation- Burbank California 91504Shift-1stContract -12 monthsPay rate-27/hrJob Information –Anything that you would like Supplier Partners to know Routine ActivitiesConduct new Hire TrainingConduct EHS Training, Audits / Assessments for JSA, LOTO, PPE and other safety requirementsSafety Committees – Organize and run the committee meetingsSupport in the approval of work permits to employees and contractorsManage the maintenance to emergency and fire protection equipment (hoses, fire extinguishers, spill kit, etc.)Help Exceed site goal, near misses/hazard reports by administering the program.Assist with 5S documentation and auditsConduct Emergency DrillsUpdate Site communication boards daily / Weekly / monthlyManage chemical inventory system.Support PSSRs and MOCsIncident reporting – Enter data into database, liaise with corporate EHS, lead investigations and root cause analysis.RequirementsMinimum education High School GraduateOperations experience/ EHS experience preferred.
