WoodSpring Suites is seeking a Director of Sales to support the hotel's revenue growth. This part-time role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving extended stay occupancy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a local sales strategy to drive occupancy and revenue for the hotelIdentify, solicit, and maintain relationships with key local accounts and business partnersConduct outside sales calls, networking, and prospecting to secure extended stay businessMaintain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-up and relationship managementTrack sales activity, lead generation, and production through reports and CRM tools as requiredCollaborate with Corporate Sales team to forecast demand and identify opportunities to maximize occupancyMonitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunitiesQualificationsPrevious hotel sales experience preferred, ideally in extended stay, select service, or limited service hotelsStrong understanding of local market sales, business development, and account managementProven ability to generate leads and close businessExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilitiesComfortable working independently in a part-time, flexible schedule roleProficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales/reporting systems preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for outside sales callsSchedulePart-time positionApproximately 20 hours per weekJ-18808-Ljbffr
