With a strong legacy of mission driven work and a culture built on curiosity, integrity, and partnership, we approach every project as an opportunity to solve meaningful challenges and shape places that truly make a difference.Position OverviewAs an HCAi Architectural Project Manager you will lead healthcare design and delivery for regulated hospital and clinic projects, ensuring compliance with HCAi and OSHPD requirements while managing schedule, budget, team members, and client expectations. You will serve as the primary client contact and project leader from proposal and predesign through construction administration, coordinating multi-disciplinary consultants, directing Revit-based design workflows, and delivering high-quality, code-compliant architectural solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage healthcare architecture projects end-to-end, including programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.Prepare, review, and submit HCAi and OSHPD documentation and coordinate approvals with regulatory agencies and third-party reviewers.Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary project teams, consultants, and internal staff; assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and schedules.Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and change orders; monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to meet profitability targets.Develop and present proposals, scopes of work, fee estimates, and project schedules to clients and stakeholders.Oversee Revit/BIM workflows, maintain model standards, perform QA/QC on drawings and models, and ensure accurate transmittals of deliverables.Serve as primary client liaison, facilitating meetings, presentations, and regular project communications to maintain alignment and client satisfaction.Ensure compliance with healthcare codes, standards, and best practices; review design for code and operational requirements.Perform construction administration duties including RFI responses, submittal review, site observations, punch lists, and coordination with contractors and inspectors.Mentor and develop junior staff; provide technical guidance, performance feedback, and support professional development.QualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) or equivalent; licensed Architect preferred.Active NCARB certificate and/or AIA membership preferred.Minimum 7 years of experience managing healthcare architectural projects; demonstrable experience with HCAi and OSHPD projects and submissions.Proven project management experience including schedule development, budget control, and client-facing leadership.Proficiency in Revit, BIM coordination, and construction documentation workflows.Strong experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.Solid knowledge of healthcare codes, life-safety regulations, ADA, and OSHPD requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation ability, and stakeholder management.Experience with contract administration, change order negotiation, and construction observation.PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus; willingness to travel to project sites as required.BenefitsCompetitive salaryBonuses401k, matchhybrid work scheduleHSAMedicalDentalVision  Email Your Resume In Word ToLevi.Munn@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
