Hospice Nurse Director

Community Hospice organization looking to bring on Hospice Director! Sign On Bonus and Full Relocation! Clinical Director to steer our interdisciplinary squad of compassionate RNs, Aides, Social Workers, and Chaplains, shaping a world of care for patients and families. Collaborating closely with Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons, orchestrate office excellence, foster growth in patient numbers, and guarantee adherence to Federal, State, ACHC, and Hospice company guidelines.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.3+ years experience as a nurse, including 1 year of full time experience in providing direct patient care in a hospice, home health or oncology setting, and 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of terminal care with expertise in crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, clinical bedside nursing, and family counseling.Demonstrated ability to execute a supportive, sensitive approach to staff and patient/family needs.Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required by state.Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation.
