We are launching a 21,000 sq ft warehouse operation in Redlands focused on container unloads, short-term storage, and supporting freight forwarders and brokers moving freight through LA/Long Beach.This is not a corporate role — this is a hands-on opportunity to help build and run a warehouse operation from the ground up.We’re looking for someone who can help us get operational, set up processes, and make the day-to-day flow work efficiently.🔧 What You’ll Do:• Set up and manage warehouse operations (receiving, staging, storage, outbound)• Oversee container unloads and labor coordination• Help design workflow, layout, and daily processes• Track inventory and ensure accurate handling• Work directly with ownership to improve efficiency and cost control• Be hands-on — this role includes floor work, not just supervision📦 What We’re Looking For:• Experience in warehouse / 3PL / freight forwarding operations• Strong understanding of container unloads and pallet flow• Ability to work in a startup environment (problem-solver mindset)• Comfortable building processes from scratch• Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented⭐ Bonus If You Have:• Experience with brokered freight or cross-docking• Experience setting up warehouse SOPs• Familiarity with WMS systems (or basic inventory tracking)💼 Why This Role:• Opportunity to help build a warehouse operation from day one• Direct impact on how the business runs• Growth potential as volume increasesIf you’re someone who knows how a warehouse should run and wants to be part of building one, I’d love to connect.
