Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Mt. Airy, NCJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring accurate order processing while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Process customer orders accurately, including data entry and verificationMaintain customer records, order details, and transaction history in CRM/ERP systemsRespond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessaryCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and shippingHandle freight scheduling, rate quotes, and delivery or damage claimsSet up new customer accounts and product items as neededAssist with payment processing and account inquiriesPerform general administrative tasks, reporting, and documentationFollow all company safety policies and maintain a safe work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or GED required1–2 years of customer service or order entry experience preferredStrong data entry and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively with customers and internal teamsBasic math and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and email toolsKey Skills:Customer Service, Order Processing, Data Entry, ERP/CRM Systems, Problem Solving, Communication, Administrative Support
