Production Assembler - 3rd Shift

Role OverviewWe are seeking Production Assemblers to safely and efficiently fabricate and assemble windows, sliding glass doors, and components within quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow safety procedures and wear PPERead and interpret production ordersOperate fabrication tools and equipment, including saws, punches, drills, and routersAssemble and install glass panels and hardwareInspect units for quality compliancePackage finished products for shipmentParticipate in problem solving and continuous improvement activitiesMaintain a clean work areaQualifications & SkillsAbility to read instructions and measurement tools (e.g., tape measure to 1/16 inch)Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand frequentlyStrong team-oriented attitude with reliable attendanceFocus on quality, safety, and meeting production goalsProblem-solving skills; previous assembly experience is a plusAdditional InformationStarting pay is $21/hour plus shift differentialOpportunities for cross training, career growth, and tuition reimbursementComprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits including insurance options, PTO, 401(k), and moreWe value an inclusive, safe work environment and require candidates to provide valid work authorization without sponsorship.
