Project Manager / EstimatorSalary Range: $75,000 – $90,000Position OverviewThis is a dual Project Manager / Estimator role for someone who wants full ownership of their work—from bidding projects to managing execution in the field. You will estimate your own jobs and manage them through completion, working closely with subcontractors and superintendents while leading teams in the field.Key Responsibilities:EstimatingPerform commercial construction takeoffs and prepare competitive bidsHeavy Excel use and estimating softwareObtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotesManage fast‑paced bid days with multiple inputs and deadlinesProject ManagementManage projects you estimate from start to finishCoordinate and oversee approximately 10–15 subcontractors per jobLead projects involving 20–30 people at a timeTurn jobs over to superintendents and provide ongoing supportAssist with purchase orders, materials, and inventory planningLeadershipAct as a hands‑on leader across multiple active projectsSupport superintendents with planning, materials, and executionMaintain accountability for schedules, quality, and job profitabilityRequired Experience:Commercial construction experience (field, estimating, or project management)2–3 years for a trainable candidate or7+ years for a more experienced professionalStrong understanding of takeoffs, bidding, and job costingAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness to work hard in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment#LI-DO2Click here to apply online
