This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in enterprise integration and middleware technologies.You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting scalable integration solutions, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across internal systems and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutionsManage middleware platforms to ensure high availability, performance, and securityDevelop and support B2B file transfer workflows and partner onboarding processesBuild and maintain message flows, routing logic, and error handling mechanismsProvide technical leadership and mentor team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Application, Infrastructure, Security, and Business stakeholdersTroubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutionsMaintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration standardsEnsure compliance with enterprise integration and security best practicesRequired Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Middleware / Enterprise IntegrationStrong hands-on experience with:IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG)IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)Experience with B2B integrations and partner onboardingProficiency in ESQL, message flows, and integration nodesExperience with file transfer protocols: SFTP, AS2, FTP/SStrong understanding of security protocols (TLS, PGP)Expertise in troubleshooting, logging, and performance tuningFamiliarity with DevOps / CI-CD pipelinesScripting experience (Shell, Python)Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or IBM MQ MonitoringExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldWhat We're Looking ForA strong technical leader with hands-on expertiseProven experience in enterprise middleware and B2B integrationsAbility to drive end-to-end integration solutionsComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
