Cybersecurity Engineer – Security Infrastructure & Automation Lead We're hiring a Cybersecurity Engineer to lead security infrastructure, automation, and platform integrations across enterprise IT/OT environments. This role drives security tool engineering, workflow automation, and compliance alignment for a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities Lead deployment & optimization of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Vulnerability Mgmt, DLP, IAM, Cloud Security tools. Build automation workflows & integrations (APIs, Python, PowerShell) to improve detection & response. Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and compliance mappings ( NIST 800-53/82, TSA SD 1582/21 ). Support projects such as OT segmentation, cloud modernization, firewall redesign, and asset discovery. What We're Looking For Bachelor's in a related field + 6+ years enterprise security engineering experience. 2+ years leading automation or platform integration work. Experience with Splunk, Sentinel, XSOAR, Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys , IC/SCADA, or TSA/DHS/CISA frameworks. Skills Security automation, scripting, cross-platform engineering Strong documentation, architecture, and communication abilities Additional Details Hybrid role with significant onsite presence.
