The Asset Management Office is seeking an Asset Manager who will...Assist with the financial oversight of the multifamily rental housing portfolioAnalyze property financials and operating metricsAssist with management of ownership structure & financial changes requested by property ownersWork with partners to develop work out plans for troubled propertiesRepresent OHFA at meetings, conferences, seminars, and in-personUNUSUAL Working Conditions: May require occasional travel to attend conferences/trainings &/or visit properties subject to Asset Management oversight.For a complete description of the job duties, please read the Asset Manager position description.Item Of NoteThis position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.To be considered for the position, applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications and skills on their application:Associate's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in real estate, business management, accounting, finance or related field. The Office conducts training for owners & managers of rental projects regarding both basic & advanced issues they face.
