Job Description:-Job Title :- CNC ProgrammerLocation :- Panama City, FLJob Type :- Full Time| (On -Site) | Contract.Salary    :- $85K to $90K per Year (Relocation Assistance Available)Job Summary:We’re hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to support and lead programming efforts for complex, tight-tolerance parts. You’ll be responsible for CAM programming, tooling, process development, and collaborating with machinists to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role also supports scheduling, quoting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Program multi-axis CNC machines using CAM software (SolidCAM preferred)Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues; optimize tooling and fixturingSupport job quoting and estimating; review drawings and specsEnsure programs follow change management and AS9102 first article proceduresCoordinate first article inspections, time studies, and in-process checksAssist with process documentation (Process Flows, PFMEA, Control Plans)Manage material, tooling inventory, and rework documentationMonitor scheduling software and adjust plans based on capacity and prioritiesSupport training of machinists and provide technical leadership on the shop floorRequirements:4+ years of CNC programming and machining experience (tight tolerance, short-run work)Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology tools, and CMM principlesExperience with aerospace, DOD, or similar regulated industriesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and reverse engineer partsFamiliar with ERP systems (JobBoss a plus), Microsoft Office, and scheduling toolsMust be a U.S. Citizen or a green card holderPreferred Skills:Manufacturing Skills Standard Council (MSSC) certificationExperience leading or mentoring a small teamComfortable with all common materials: aluminium, steel, plastics, etc.Physical & Mental RequirementsMust lift 50+ lbs and maneuver throughout the facilityStrong visual and tactile inspection skillsAbility to read, speak, and write in EnglishCompetence in basic math, fractions, and blueprint measurementsBenefits:401(k) with matchingHealth insurancePaid time off
