Candidates should possess building/ mechanical maintenance & repair knowledge, and a thorough professional mindset with the ability to trouble shoot & problem solve.Maintenance Worker Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years' Industrial Machine Repair Experience Necessary Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, & industrial control systems Working knowledge of hand & stationary tools Good communication, time management & problem-solving skills Ability to lift & manipulate heavy equipment Familiarity with OSHA safety standards & regulations Boiler technical skills a plus!
