Job Title: Information Technology - Program Manager IV (M&A Technology Integration)Location: 100% Remote (North America or LATAM – must work EST core business hours)Contract Duration: Starting with 6 months, with likelihood to extend to 12 monthsHourly Rate: $42 USD per hourJob Description:Role Summary:The Technology M&A Program Manager will serve as the end-to-end delivery lead for technology integration and separation activities related to the Kenvue acquisition. This role is accountable for ensuring all technology commitments are clearly defined, sequenced, governed, and delivered on time, while managing interdependencies across business, IT, and external partners.This individual will act as the single point of orchestration across multiple technology workstreams (ERP, Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, Legal, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Security, Integrations), driving disciplined execution, risk management, and executive transparency throughout Day 1 and post-close phases.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership & Delivery:Own the overall technology acquisition program plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.Ensure Day 1 and post-close phase technology readiness, coordinating across all impacted platforms and regions.Drive on-time, on-scope delivery of all committed technology outcomes.Establish and manage integrated master schedules across workstreams.Cross-Functional Coordination:Orchestrate delivery across:ERP (SAP ECC / S/4HANA)Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, LegalData & Analytics (Snowflake, Data Lake, reporting)Integrations & EDIInfrastructure & End User ComputingCybersecurity, Identity & AccessApplication separation, TSA, and disposition activitiesAct as the primary integration point between IT, business leaders, IMO, Finance, Legal, Security, and external vendors.Align internal teams and system integrators to a single execution rhythm.Governance, Risk & Issue Management:Establish program governance, cadence, and decision forums.Proactively identify delivery risks, resourcing gaps, sequencing conflicts, and trade-offs.Drive issue resolution and escalation with clear options and recommendations.Track and manage TSAs, dependencies, and exit criteria.Executive Communication & Transparency:Provide concise, fact-based status reporting to senior leadership and ELT.Clearly communicate progress, risks, decisions required, and mitigation plans.Translate complex technical topics into business-relevant insights.Support IMO and leadership with read-outs, steering materials, and exec updates.Change & Transition Management:Coordinate technology cutovers, transition plans, and stabilization activities.Ensure operational handoff to run-the-business teams post go-live.Capture lessons learned and embed improvements for future M&A activity.Required Qualifications:10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, with direct ownership of large, complex technology programs.Proven experience leading technology workstreams in M&A, divestitures, or large-scale integrations.Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (ERP, data platforms, integrations, infrastructure).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams under tight timelines.Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Experience working with system integrators and third-party vendors.Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and decision facilitation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with TSA management, Day 1 / post-close planning, and separation strategies.Background in data platforms, analytics, or digital transformation.PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification.Experience operating within an IMO or enterprise PMO model.Success Measures:Technology Day 1 readiness achieved without business disruption.All committed milestones delivered on or ahead of plan.Clear, proactive risk identification with no late surprises.Strong leadership confidence in technology execution.Smooth transition to steady-state operations post-acquisition.Work Environment:100% remote position open to candidates in North America or LATAM.Must be comfortable working EST core business hours.Contract starting with 6 months, with likelihood to extend to 12 months.
