DMV areas candidate preferred.Duration: Long termJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Technical Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Conduct in-depth technical research and analysis to support the development of innovative solutions. Identify and document system enhancements, process improvements, and user stories to guide development teams. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions, driving efficient project delivery. Documentation and Technical Writing: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, process flows, and API documentation. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly documentation. Develop clear and concise content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Regularly update and maintain existing documentation to reflect system changes and updates. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between technical teams, project managers, and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment. Conduct interviews and workshops with subject matter experts to gather insights for documentation and project requirements. Present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner during meetings and presentations. Quality Assurance: Review and validate technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards. Assist in testing and validating software applications to ensure they meet documented specifications and user requirementsQualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Proven experience (6+) as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successfully bridging business and technical domains. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills. Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies is a plus.
