Position :- Business Analyst Location :- Local to Dallas, TX or who can relocate 100%,Visa :- H1B , H4-EAD , USC Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science/Information Technology or related field. • Seven or more years of related experience in a corresponding field, preferably in finance or mortgage industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using SQL language. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with technical and non-technical personnel. • Ability to execute work independently and self-lead. • Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals. • Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to build relationships across the organization. • Understanding of IT concepts and methodologies. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Snowflake, Azure and GCP. • Hands-on technical expertise in backend technologies like MSSQL Server & Oracle. • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau). • Understanding of ETL like SSIS, DataStage & Talend. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
