As our commercial division continues to grow, we’re building a team of individuals who share our values and are committed to doing excellent work with purpose and integrity.Purpose & Position Summary:We are hiring a Yard Associate to support the daily operations of our yard and warehouse by receiving materials, staging orders, and ensuring projects are prepared efficiently for field crews.This is a hands-on, physical role that plays a critical part in keeping projects running smoothly. You’ll help ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time—supporting both field teams and overall operational efficiency.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in organization, and wants to be part of a growing, team-oriented company.Key Responsibilities:Material HandlingReceive, unload, and inspect incoming fencing materials (posts, panels, gates, hardware)Load trucks and trailers for daily job site needsMove materials throughout the yard safely and efficientlyOperate forklifts or equipmentEnsure materials are handled properly to prevent damageProject KittingPull and stage materials for upcoming jobs based on work ordersOrganize job-specific materials into complete “kits” for crewsVerify accuracy of orders before release to field teamsCommunicate with project managers and field crews to ensure readinessSupport last-minute adjustments to job materials as neededYard OrganizationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe yard/warehouseEnsure materials are stored in designated locationsKeep staging areas clear and efficient for daily operationsAssist in improving yard layout and workflow efficiencyFollow all safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free environmentInventory CountAssist with routine inventory counts and cycle countsTrack material usage and report discrepanciesSupport inventory organization and labelingCommunicate low stock levels to leadershipHelp maintain accurate inventory recordsFleet MaintenanceAssist with basic upkeep of company trucks, trailers, and equipmentEnsure vehicles are clean, organized, and job-readySupport tracking of maintenance needs and schedulesIdentify and report damage or repair needsHelp maintain tools and equipment in working conditionQualifications:Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, or yard work Forklift experience, minimum 1 yearMaterial delivery, staging, and field support experienceBasic computer skills for inventoryMechanical problem-solving abilitiesAbility to lift 50–100lbs regularly and perform physical labor dailyStrong work ethic and reliableAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsTeam-oriented with good communication skillsValid driver’s license preferredAbility to Drive and Insured, Clean Driving RecordPreferred Qualifications:Experience in construction, fencing, or building materialsExperience with inventory or warehouse processesAbility to take initiative and improve organizational systemsBenefits:Full-time and in-person role in Claremore, OKFaith-based, family-friendly work culture with flexibility and trustPaid holidays and PTOHealth Insurance & Dental PlansOpportunities for advancement as the company growsIf you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a growing team that values quality and relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
