Inventory Coordinator

Job Description Role OverviewHera Technologies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and material movement activities on the production floor. This role is highly hands-on and responsible for executing material transactions, maintaining organization, and ensuring accurate inventory records within the ERP system.The ideal candidate has foundational warehouse experience, understands SKU-based inventory, and is comfortable operating forklifts and working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily material movement including receiving, stocking, issuing, and transferring inventoryOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyExecute inventory transactions in ERP systems to maintain accurate recordsSupport cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as directed by Inventory Control LeadEnsure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials and SKUsMaintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and stockroom areas (5S standards)Pull and stage materials for production in alignment with work orders and schedulesTrack and manage WIP (Work in Process) inventory across the shop floorCommunicate material shortages or discrepancies to leadershipFollow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of warehouse layout, inventory flow, and SKU managementExperience using ERP systems for inventory transactions (JobBoss, Epicor, Oracle, etc. experience a plus)Forklift certification required or willingness/ability to obtain certificationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and material handlingAbility to read part numbers, labels, and work ordersGood communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with AS9100 / ISO9001 standards and traceability practicesExperience supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiativesBasic knowledge of lean principles (5S, FIFO, Kanban)Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, etc.)Type: Full Time, Hourly Non-exemptBusiness Hours: Core hours, M-F with willingness for overtime availability.Base Salary Range: $22-$28Base Location: Ontario, CATravel: NoneWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
