Develop bid strategies and foster vendor partnershipsEnsure accurate, competitive bids and smooth handoff to project management10+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating (hard bid, design-build, negotiated)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (ProEst, Procore preferred)Proven success on large-scale commercial projectsStrong industry network and community involvementCompetitive salary + performance bonusesComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
