Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential Functions StatementsKnowledge and hands-on operation and set up of CNC brake press for metal fabrication.Set up and operate machines as required to manufacture parts specific Graepel parts.Analyze work orders, parts, and blueprints.Check parts throughout the production run, using company supplied measuring equipment to monitor quality and repeatability of processes.Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication process and concepts.Setup metal fabrication machinery and other production necessities to produce "0 defect" parts.Accurately complete work orders with correct quantities of good and defective parts.Work a regular schedule determined by supervisory management.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.Position QualificationsSKILLS and ABILITIESEducation High School Degree or equivalent and/or related experience required.ExperienceAbility to use Direct read measuring devices required.Ability to read blue prints and understand functionality of parts and their components.Previous experience in manufacturing engineering, fabrication management and/or operations of low and mid-sized volume metal fabrication preferred.Ability to operate a forklift and obtain certification.Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently.PHYSICAL DEMANDSPhysical Demands**Lift/Carry**Stand F (Frequently) 10 lbs or less C (Constantly)Walk F (Frequently) 11-20 lbs C (Constantly)Sit O (
