Director of Technical Operations is a full-time position responsible for leading hardware program execution from concept to mass production while collaborating across various functions to ensure high-quality product delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end hardware program execution and maintain integrated program plans Drive cross-functional alignment and manage program schedules, milestones, and risk management Establish scalable processes and use AI tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in hardware product development or technical program management Strong AI fluency with experience in building no-code AI workflows and automations Proven track record of delivering physical products from concept through mass production Deep understanding of manufacturing validation and production ramp processes Experience within medical device, digital health, or regulated hardware environments is preferred
