Shipping and Receiving with Yard Tractor Experience
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift or other material handling device safely and correctly in order to move materials to the proper location.
Labels and records weight as required by the packaging methods.
Compare identifying information and counts and/or weighs incoming or outgoing shipments to verify information against bill of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
Preparation of outgoing shipments.
Loading and unloading of freight trucks from dock by use of forklift.
Assist in housekeeping of shipping/receiving area or any area directed by supervisor.
Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, with hands, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow all supervisor directions including all safety work rules and use of PPE to include safety glasses, steel toe boots and gloves.
Able to work as a team player.
Must be punctual.
Able to work in hot or cold environments.
NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED:
Ability to operate a yard truck.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
