Opportunity Overview Provide direct psychiatric patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a 120-bed inpatient facility Work weekends (must be willing to commit to a minimum of one weekend a month) Hours 8-5 (with some scheduling flexibility) Collaborate with nurse practitioner Typical case load 12-16 patients/day Primarily inpatient, may include occasional coverage of IOP Unit has UR and social worker Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Access to TeamHealth's clinician wellness program and referral program Developed infrastructure with extensive back-office support as well as local management Requirements Must be board certified/eligible Must be licensed in the state of Indiana Compensation Competitive weekend stipend Extra pay for: quality bonus, after hour call coverage (rotation/voluntary), weekday coverage (voluntary), and nurse practitioner collaboration Join TeamHealth and thrive in a positive, supportive, and clinically rewarding environment.
