The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with collision repair, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.Responsibilities:Perform collision repairs including structural and non-structural body workRemove, repair, and replace damaged panels and componentsConduct metalwork, welding, sanding, and finishingEnsure repairs meet safety and manufacturer standardsMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with estimators and team membersQualifications:Prior auto body / collision repair experience requiredAbility to use body shop tools and equipment safelyStrong attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license preferredI-CAR certifications are a plus (not required)What We Offer:Competitive pay based on experienceConsistent workloadSupportive work environmentOpportunities for growthPowered by JazzHR
