Senior Account Manager

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or related field.5-8+ years of healthcare RCM experience with strong ABA Billing expertiseMandatory hands-on experience with Central Reach EMR including claims submissions workflows, payment posting, AR Follow-up and denial management, and reportingProven ability to personally execute and troubleshoot all aspects of RCMExperience managing distributed teams stateside and globalStrong understanding of ABA rules and guidelines from Medicaid and Managed Medicaid (MCOs), Commercial payers and ABA authorization workflowsMS-Office Excel Advanced ProficientPreferred Qualifications:Multi state ABA billing experienceExperience with Clearing House (Availity, Waystar etc.)Prior experience managing multiple ABA accounts
