Executive AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, managing schedules, communications, and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.Organize meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.Manage expense reports, invoices, and basic financial tracking.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred:Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).Experience in a fast-paced or remote work environment.
