Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

We are working with a highly respected Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm in the Southern California. They are seeking experienced Attorneys, who will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of Personal Injury claims clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court.Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation.Must Have: California Bar licenseLocation: Newport Beach, CAQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in California and good standing2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation AttorneyExtensive knowledge of insurance law, regulations, and court proceduresProven experience handling insurance defense litigation cases independentlyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional negotiation and advocacy skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and prioritize workload effectivelyProficiency in legal research tools and case management softwareSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $250,000 annually.
