The TOOLS you'll need to have: Perform general materials analysis includingpolymersample preparation,create analysis reports andcommunicate to stakeholders Conduct and design experiments associated with the processing of materials and optimizing material properties. Lead your ownpolymermaterials related projectswith routine reporting to cross functional teams Collaborate with a variety of engineering teams, technicians, outside suppliers and more. What TOOLS you'll bring with you: Bachelor of Science in Materials Science, Materials Science and Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar discipline Experience with standard materials lab equipment (sample preparation equipment, microscopes,analyticaltesting equipment(MFR/FTIR/DSC/TGA), etc.) Extremely driven individual ready to lead their own projects, establish a schedule, and drive execution on their projects and assignments. Ability to communicate effectively.
